How to Request a Refund

Refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and locate your transaction using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your refund request.

Alternatively, email our support team at support@wolfwhisper.xyz with your order ID and we will assist you with the process.

Subscriptions

You may cancel the Adventurer Pass subscription at any time through paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains until the end of the current billing period. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the most recent renewal.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed by Paddle within 3–5 business days. The funds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
